Qualifications and Requirements for Admission of Junior High School Students, Academic Year 2025:
Admission Qualifications are as follows:
Elementary Graduates
An elementary graduate or graduating students
Must have an average of 85 and above
Alternative Learning System
An Alternative Learning System (ALS) and Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) assessment passer
The admission requirements are as follows::
Elementary Graduates
Certification
(to be downloaded from Online Application Portal) signed by the School Principal/Registrar/Head that contains the following information: Name of the Student, School Name, School Address, Average Grades in the following Subjects: English, Science and Mathematics in the 1st to 3rd Quarter Grading Period, Candidate for Graduation for School Year 2024-2025, and manifest Good Moral Character.
PSA Birth Certificate (Machine copy)
Admission Fee of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php. 250.00) to be paid at the University Cashier’s Office during submission of admission requirements
Alternative Learning System
ALS Certificate of Rating or ALS Certificate of Graduation (Machine copy)
PSA Birth Certificate (Machine copy)
Admission Fee of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php. 250.00) to be paid at the University Cashier’s Office during submission of admission requirements.
